Leaders Must Invest the Time

Moms.
You're the "leaders" in this quote.
I read this in Brene' Brown's "Dare to Lead" and thought of YOU.

You wonder why you never have enough time.
You wonder why you can't seem to make other people happy.
You wonder why you are conflicted in building your business because you worry your kids aren't your priority.
You wonder why you're so tired.
And frustrated.
And pulled in every direction.
You wonder how to accomplish all the To Dos and still have time for self-care.
You wonder if it's possible to feel more confident.
More sure.
More you.

You're the leaders in this quote.
You lead people all the time.
You are the head of it all.

You are the leader.
And you are also the one who needs attending to.

And as soon as you decide to invest a reasonable amount of time paying attention to YOUR fears and feelings, you will be more effective. You will be more productive.
But most importantly, you will feel better WHILE you're effective. You'll feel better IN your productiveness.

Because you will come to understand that productiveness and effectiveness have less to do with just cranking out more action - and everything to do with understanding your feelings.

I know this is true because I used to think like you.
I thought I should action my way through life.
Achieving things because I set the goal, gritted my teeth, and willpowered my way to the end.

There is another way.
And it feels a lot better.
Sure, action is involved. But you actually accompish more, using less energy and time.
Because you know how to go for exactly what you are meant to go for.

You are the leader.
I can help you "attend to fears and feelings" as you create your life.
And it's actually amazing.πŸ’™βœŠπŸΌ
