What if the system isn’t the solution?

Q: What is your time management system?

We’ve been duped.

We’ve been told our whole lives that increased productivity happens through better time management.

So we search for “the system” that will be the magic bullet for using our time the very best way possible.

We hunt for the best way to squeeze a little more in.

Or be more efficient and effective in managing our time.

It’s stressful.

It’s a control thing.

We think that the better we are at managing/manhandling/controlling our time, the MORE WE CAN DO.

And let’s face it, we want to do it all.

This mentality is the message of the time management industry.

We’ve been taught that the system is the solution.

It’s fine.

I’m just going to show you another way.

Creating more time isn’t about using the perfect time management system.

It’s simpler than that.

Creating more time is about mind management.

It’s recognizing what thoughts you are thinking ABOUT your time.

Are you thinking that you don’t have enough time?

Are you thinking that you are so busy?

Are you thinking that you “have” to do something on your calendar?

These kinds of thoughts suck our time.

Just like having the clock move forward during Daylight Saving Time, we lose hours when we spend time feeling busy or stress or pressure.

We’re not as efficient and effective as we want to be.

Spending time feeling busy sucks our ability to feel abundant about our time.

Creating more time is a mind game, not a “pick the right system” game.

However you manage your time is working.

Now you can learn to tap into the greatest time management system housed within your own body - it’s called your brain.

Learning how to manage your brain is how we create more time.

I’ll teach you how.

Sending love,

K
