I just did an Annual Review of 2023 for myself.
My growth was exponential.
I am a different person.
All of the best parts are elevated and the things I wanted to get better - are.
I am better.
I am different.
I have let things go that hold me back.
I am a new person in such powerful ways and it affects every part of my life.
I was thinking back on some conversations I had with my coach back in January 2023 and I was shocked.
I couldn’t believe that I had only learned some of the concepts she taught me a year ago.
My life is so dramatically different that I thought surely it has been longer than just one year that I have been applying some of these principles!
But it’s true.
It’s only been 12 months.
And I am a different person.
I feel very little pressure these days.
I don’t feel stress that often - and if I do, I know how to calm my nervous system and work through it.
I feel more calm.
My confidence in my decisions is so sure.
I trust myself.
That’s a big one this year. Trust.
Learning to trust myself, trust my process, trust my clients, trust my child…learning how to see myself and others in their power has seeped into every part of my life.
I am a different parent.
I teach Coleman how to speak to himself with power and love.
He believes he is capable of just about anything.
I have curated the kind of life I desired.
I work with a handful of very successful clients who regard personal growth as an extremely high priority.
They want to have more balance in their lives and they are willing to do the work to create that.
They are different, too.
During our Annual Review with a client I’ve been working with for over a year, she identified successes that she has experienced this last year.
I’m very intentional with how I spend my time
I feel closer to my family
I feel more emotionally strong and independent - I know I can handle anything
I let go of judgment and resentment more easily or don’t feel it at all
I am less reactive. I respond how I want to
I trust my adult kids to take care of themselves more
I make aligned decisions easily and quickly
I say, “No” more easily
She is a different person.
Not because she wasn’t a great person already…but because she is a great person who chooses to become even greater.
She is shedding the old ideas and old behaviors that get in the way of the closeness she wants to feel with her family and the calm she wants to feel in her life.
My clients love personal growth.
They know the value in hiring a mentor and coach to see things that they don’t see.
They know that exponential growth is exciting.
They want it for themselves.
When I look back one year from now, the growth my clients have in 2024 will be no different.
The growth that I experience will be astounding, too.
I already know that I will look back on this year next January and say the same thing I say right now.
I am better.
My relationships are better.
I feel closer to those I care about the most.
I’m more calm.
I’m confident that I’m spending the right time on the right things.
I’m more joyful.
I have upleveled in ways that astound me.
