How to have total control of the narrative

Q: What is the narrative happening in your mind?

Part of a marketing strategy is to do what you can to control the narrative.

What is being said of you or your business.

What you are saying.

What people are hearing about you or your business.

What people are seeing.

You spend a lot of money each year to create an image and a brand.

To create a certain confidence in your product.

To create sales.

That is doing what you can to control the narrative.

Here’s a question: Are you spending as much energy controlling the narrative in your own mind?

Are you spending as much time on the thoughts you have as you spend on your marketing plan?

Are you spending as much money on working through limiting beliefs?

Are you spending energy on recognizing the emotions you feel?

The data your body is giving you?

This is controlling the narrative in your mind and body.

It’s just as valuable as your marketing strategy.

I would argue that it’s more so.

Abraham Hicks says, “Tell the story you want to live and you’ll eventually live it.”

It’s true about your company’s story.

It’s true about your own story.

The narrative happening in your mind matters.

This isn’t just speaking positively about your goals.

This isn’t pushing through the limiting beliefs by ignoring them.

This isn’t just working harder.

This is about thinking better.

More intentionally. More deliberately.

This is about recognizing the emotion that you are taking action from, using that emotion as data, and choosing to feel something different.

It’s not hard. And it’s immediately applicable.

It actually happens in the middle of what you are already accomplishing on your to-do list.

Sure, you have to decide to do it.

But you’re good at deciding to do things - and you actually follow through with them.

So, this is right up your alley.

It requires noticing what is happening in your brain and in your body.

And it’s easier to do that once you’re taught how.

Controlling the narrative within yourself is the best marketing strategy out there.

It’s available to you now.

It’s the one thing that actually changes everything.

You take your personal and work success to a higher level when you learn how to control the narrative in your mind and body.

Sending love,
